CHAPTER 10 SRS results and conclusion
SRS results
A 28 years old Finnish patient that underwent SRS with Dr. Suporn Watanyusakul 14th May 2002.
7 days after the operation
Quite much swelling is visible, but please note that it was only 7 days after
the operation. And I think that it looked pretty good to be only 7 days post-op.
Due to swelling only labia majora and labia minora are visible in these
pictures.
I was very excited to see my new genitals. And I was very happy about the
obvious successful result. Dr. Suporn said "Very good. The cosmetic appearance
is very good.". The depth is 7.5 inches that is a very good result. For me
the cosmetic appearance and sensitivity is more important than the depth
and the Dr. Suporn's wonderful handwork didn't cause a dissapointment in
that either. Everything is there, looks good and feels good!
4.5 weeks after the operation
Some stitches and swelling is visible in these pictures. But please note
that they were taken only 4.5 weeks after the operation before I left back
to Finland. Technique of Suporn Watanyusakul: Vaginoplasty with sensate
clitoroplasty
and labiaplasty with intact nerves and vessels that results very authentic
appearance and sensate clitoris, vestibule of vagina and vaginal opening.
5 months post-op
Photos were taken in Finland 5 months after the operation.
With my experience with the new genitals, all the sexual sensation ability is there and I am able to achieve orgasms. I am very happy with the result.
